SHIPPING
I try to ship all orders within the first week of the purchase date. On occasion, orders could possibly take up to 2 weeks to process if materials are out of stock.
I will do my best to inform all customers of the status of their orders via email. Processing of your order begins once payment is received.
Shipping Method
A ll items are shipped USPS, Insured Priority Mail.
Shipping and handling charges
Shipping and handling charges are $7.95 for 1-10 items.
Shipping and handling charges are $10.95 for 11 items and up.
For orders over $75.00, shipping is FREE.
SALES TAX
Florida Residence will be charged 6.5% sales tax.
RETURNS and EXCHANGES
I know that you will love your purchase.
However, if you are not satisfied, you may return it within 10 days of
the shipping date and I will refund your payment less shipping charges.
Note: the exception below to DVD Slideshows and VHS to DVD.

W hen returning or exchanging an item , please insure that it is in in perfect condition, and return in original packaging.
Mail it INSURED, to the address listed below.
I will contact you with a confirmation, via email, upon its arrival and
inform you with the status of either your refund or when your new item will be shipped.
Returns will be refunded the full purchase price, excluding shipping, plus tax.
DVD SLIDESHOWS Additional Information
PRICES
Up to 50 photos – $75
Up to 100 photos – $100
Up to 200 photos – $125
A charge of $5 per DVD will apply for additional copies of your slideshow.
A $35 deposit is required. After slideshow is complete, you will be notified of the balance based on the number of photos submitted. There are no hidden costs. Order will be shipped upon receipt of balance owed.
PHOTO SUBMISSION
You may email your photos, in a zip folder, or send them on a disk to the contact information provided.
Photos which must be scanned, should be sent in a weatherproof envelope and will be returned with the slideshow.
There is a charge of 10 cents per photo scanned.
MENUS
Your slideshow may be divided into as many as 6 separate menus.
You may specify a photo of your choice for the menu or choose from one I provide.
SONGS
A musical accompaniment is available, at no extra charge.
You may choose 10 songs from my song list. If you have a different song request, you can either supply the song in MP3 format of I can try to locate it on my own.
COMMUNICATION
I will email you with the specifics of your order before the production of the video to avoid any mis-communication.
Confirmation will include:
Menu choices with the photos included in each menu
Song choices
Charge for scanned photos if applicable
Total price of order based on quantity of photos and quantity of DVD slideshows ordered.
SHIPPING

VHS to DVD Additional Information
PRICES
1–20 VHS $ 7 per. $9 includes case and printed label
21–50 VHS $ 6 per. $8 includes case and printed label
Duplicate copies $ 4 per. $6 includes case and printed label
DVD SUBMISSION
VHS tapes should be sent in a weatherproof package to the address below. It will be returned with the DVD.
MENUS
Menus may be added to separate video events at an additional charge. (see DVD Slideshows for menus)
COMMUNICATION
Upon receipt of your tape(s) I will email you to confirm the specifics of your order before the production of the DVD to avoid any mis-communication.

Menu choices, insertion locations and cost.
Total price of order based on quantity of DVD’s.

Specify the brand you would like used for your item. Any soda, beer or other beverage can may be requested. On occasion your choice of brand will not be available and I will request an alternate brand.
SETS
